CADEAU'S JIG. Canadian, Jig (6/8 time). B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. A popular jig among Ottawa valley fiddlers, sometimes heard at New England contra-dances. The tune was popularized by New Brunswick fiddler Gerry Robichaud, originally from St-Paul, who late in life moved to the Boston, Massachusetts area.
