Additional notes

Source for notated version: - "Cahill" [O'Neill]. Probably an attribution to Chicago Police Sergeant James Cahill, a native of Kildare. Cahill was a piper and pipe-maker and made a number of fine instruments from the workshop in back of his house in the city.
