LOCH MUICK [1]. Scottish, Strathspey. F Sharp Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'B. Composed by fiddler-composer Biography:Alexander Walker, born in Aberdeenshire in 1819. Loch Muich [1] is a 2 mile long lake in Aberdeenshire, located within the boundary of the Balmoral estate, the Scottish home of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. The Queen built a royal bothy called Glas-allt Shiel on its banks, surrounded by a plantation of pine trees.
