SAFELY LANDED (Fallain gun dith thainig e). Scottish, Slow Air (3/4 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. This "is an air acquired through the editor's progenitor, as here communicated, but he has heard it sung with great taste by several young ladies, to the native words, though not generally known or yet associated with English or Scottish verse" (Fraser).
