"Salley's Fancy" was printed by John Young in his Second Volume of the Dancing Master, 3rd and 4th editions (London, c. 1726 & 1728). It was also printed by rival London publisher John Walsh in his Second Book of the Compleat Country Dancing-Master (1719, p. 13, also in editions of 1735 and 1749).
