UNCLE’S JIG. AKA and see “Louisberg Square," "Louisburg Square.” English, Jig. G Major (‘A’ and ‘C’ parts) & D Major (‘B’ part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AA’BBCC’. From the repertoire of Bob Cann (1916-1990), a melodeon-player from Dartmoor and leader, for many years, of the Pixie band. Cann named several tunes on his albums after sources/relatives in his musical family, and paired it with "Hot Punch" on his 1975 album.
