DUGGAN'S FAVOURITE. Irish, Jig. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB. The melody was published without a title in Treoir (IV 1) {Treoir is the periodical magazine of Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann) in a version also transcribed from the playing of Johnny O'Leary.

Source for notated version: Originally from Mick Duggan via accordion player Johnny O'Leary (Sliabh Luachra region of the Cork-Kerry border), recorded in "The Merchant," Dublin, in August, 1993 [Moylan].
