FREIDRICH'S POLKA. American (?), Polka. USA, Texas. G Major ('A' part) & E Minor ('B' part). From the playing of Texas fiddler Norman Solomon, who supposedly fashioned the tune out of melodic material from a tune he heard Peter Ostrouscho play, according to Gary Lee Moore. Solomon called it "a little mandolin tune," but Moore was later told it was called "Freidrich's Polka.."
