GLORIES OF 'THE STAR', THE. Scottish, Slow Solo Strathspey. E Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Composed by J. Scott Skinner (1843-1927), the tune was dedicated to Mrs. Fraser, Nairn, the proprietor of the 'Star' public house.
