GRAND NARROWS BRIDGE. Canadian, Jig. Canada, Cape Breton. B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'. Composed by Cape Breton fiddler and composer Dan R. MacDonald (1911-1976). The Grand Narrows Bridge [1] is a Canadian railway bridge crossing between Victoria County, Nova Scotia and Cape Breton County, spanning the Barra Strait of Bras d'Or Lake. At 516.33 m (1,694 ft), it is the longest railroad bridge in the province.
