HERR ROLOFF'S FAREWELL. Scottish, Air (4/4 time). F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). One part (Bain): AB (Skinner). Composed by J. Scott Skinner in honor of a musical friend (whom he called an 'Eminent Violinist and Composer, and eternal friend of S. S.") who helped him arrange his Harp and Claymore collection (1904). Skinner's manuscript copy [1] attributes the arrangement of the melody to "Ad. L. Roloff".
