According to the Blackwood’s Edinburgh Magazine (Vol. 9, No. LI [51], June 1821, p. 64), The Hon. Mrs Maule of Panmure passed away in Ireland in June 1821.
A companion air is "Honorable Mr. Ramsay Maule's Favorite (The)." The air was copied by Scottish musician James Webster into his music manuscript collection of 1831-1839 (held a Univ. of Aberdeen).
