HUMOURS OF BOSTON. American, Hornpipe. B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Compiler Ryan was probably from the Boston area, as his publisher, Elias Howe, certainly was. Many of the Ryan's Mammoth Collection (1883) tunes have Boston area associations and place names.
