QUICK AND MERRY. English, Country Dance Tune (6/8 time). England, Yorkshire. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune was also in the mid 19th century music manuscript collections of Lawrence Leadley (north Yorkshire) and A.J. Hughes (north Shropshire).
