FLOW RAIN WALTZ. Old-Time, Waltz. From the playing of Mumford Bean and His Itawabians, who recorded for OKeh Records in 1928. Itawamba County, where they hailed from, is in northeast Mississippi. Bean was only twelve years old at the time of the recording, their only one.
