HAYTIME. French-Canadian, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BBCCDD. The editors note in the second edition that the 'A' part is similar to Aime Gagnon's "Reel du Lievre," while the 'B' part resembles Louis Beaudoin's "Reel Blanchette."

Source for notated version: Learned by transplanted French-Canadian fiddler Omer Marcoux (Concord, N.H.) from his father, who played the tune at square dances: "...when the couples started to swing, he played that third part--on the low string. That's an old, old tune" [Miskoe & Paul].
