HOW D'YE DO? [3]. AKA and see "Miss Rose's Reel," "Morpeth Rant (3)," "Sandy o'er the Lee." English, Reel. England, North-West. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The same tune appears in the c. 1847 music manuscript collection of Radcliffe, Lancashire, musician Ellis Knowles under the title "Morpeth Rant (3)" (set in the key of 'A'). Another version was entered into the mid-19th century collections (vol. 4, p. 52) of County Cork Church of Ireland cleric and uilleann piper James Goodman as "Miss Rose's Reel."
