JOHNNY CAN'T DANCE (Petit Jean peut pas danser). Cajun, Two-Step (4/4 time). USA, southwestern Louisiana. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune devolved into Cajun repertoire, maintains Leopold Francois (referenced by Raymond Francois, 1990), via "folk processing" from an elementary school song book piece called "The Rabbit Stole a Pumpkin."
