MR. COLIN CAMPBELL'S REEL. Scottish, Reel. The melody was composed by Edinburgh musician Daniel McLaren, a native of Taymouth, Perthshire, and appears in his collection of 1794. Little else is known of McLaren. See also the companion "Mr. Colin Campbell's Strathspey."
