AABB. Composed by [[wikipedia:Andy_de_Jarlis]] (1914-1975), of Woodridge, Manitoba. Vivian and Phil Williams went to the Vernon, B.C. fiddle contest -- probably late '70's or early '80's, and bought a cassette recorded by the Vernon Old Time Fiddlers. Listening to the cassette on the way back to Seattle, they thought this would make a good contra dance march.  It's possible that the name of the tune got changed on the cassette when it got confused it with a different tune also by DeJarlis, Basket Social Two-Step. Contra dance musicians in Western Washington learned it as Box Social Two-Step.
