ROAD TO NEWBRIDGE, THE. AKA and see “Temperance Reel,” “Teetotaler's Reel.” Irish, Reel (whole or cut time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABCD. The title is from the great Kerry fiddler Padraig O'Keeffe (1887–1963), named for a town in County Kildare. See notes for “Temperance Reel” and “Teetotaler's Reel" for more information about this tune family.
