RUFFLE THE OLD HAG IN THE CORNER. AKA and see “Ballyvoile House,” “Old Hag in the Corner (2).” Irish, Slip Jig. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Northern Irish composer and conductor Havelock Nelson (1917-1996) fashioned a setting of the melody in his "Three Irish Diversions for piano" [1].
