ANNIE POLKA, THE. Irish?, Polka (2/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. A polka of unknown origin (probably not Irish) entered into vol. 4 (p. 7) of the music manuscript collection of County Cork Church of Ireland cleric and uilleann piper James Goodman. It was one of several polkas scored for the piano in that volume, perhaps enjoyed by his wife, who was a keyboard player.
