Annotation:As Quick as You Please

The melody was introduced in the second volume of the Dancing Master, third edition, published by John Young in London in 1718. It was reprinted again in the fourth (and last) edition of the work in 1728. It can also be found in Walsh and Hare's Second Book of the Compleat Country Dancing-Master (London, 1719).
