AVALANCHE [2] (Lancashire) CLOG). American, Clog. A Major. Standard tuning. AABB. Composed by F.A. Morrison. Al Smitley suggests it is possible the tune may have been named for the clipper ship Avalanche, a name that appears in American Clipper Ships 1833-1858 by Howe and Matthews.
