BAKER'S HORNPIPE. American, Hornpipe (cut time). F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Boston music publisher Elias Howe printed "Baker's Hornpipe" on the same page as "Bricklayer's Hornpipe (1)" so he must have decided the title referred to a trade rather than a proper name.
