BALTIOURA. AKA - "Baltioram." Irish, Slip Jig (9/8 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Glasgow publisher James Aird set the tune in 6/8 time but this is a mistake. "Baltioura" is a slip jig in 9/8 time. The tune (as "Baltioram") was also entered into the 1788 music manuscript collection of flute player Thomas Molyneaux (Shelburne, Nova Scotia).
