BEAVER LAKE JIG. Canadian, Metis; Jig (6/8 time). Key of D (1st part) and A (2nd part). Composed by Andy DeJarlis. Manitoba fiddle Grant Lamb had a habit of naming tunes for which he couldn't remember the name for his friends, so he called this one "Johnny's Jig".
