BONNY ANN [1]. AKA - "Bonnie Ann," "Where does My Bonny Annie Lye," "Where will Our Good Man Lay? (1)." Scottish, Pipe March (2/4 time). A Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCCDD. The pipe march "Bonny Ann (1)" is credited to Daniel Ross in John McLachlan's 1854 volume, however, it is cognate with (and a derivative of) "Where will Our Good Man Lay? (1)" AKA "Where Does My Bonny Annie Lye."
