"Brandy and Whiskey" is the name of this jig entered in volume 1 (p. 28) of the large mid-19th century music manuscript collection of County Cork cleric and uilleann piper James Goodman.   Compare also with "Aherlow Jig," "Connie O'Connell's Jig (1)," and "Quinn's Jig (1)."
