CAISIDEACH BÁN, AN (Fair Cassidy). Irish, Air (3/4 time). D Mixolydian/Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). One part. The song was composed by Tomás Ó Casaide, an Irish friar, soldier, and poet, around 1773.
