"Dedicato à Jos" is fiddler Martin Racine's (La Bottine Souriante) adaptation of the 1974 Tex-Mex piece "Viva el West Side" by Fred Zimmerle's Trio San Antonio^[1]. Racine dedicated the reworked tune to famed Québécois fiddler Joe Bouchard.
