DUTCH SHIP. English, Jig (6/8 time). England, Shropshire. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The 'A' strain is eight bars while the 'B' strain is six, similar to "Dutch Skipper (1) (The)": included by Northumbrian musician William Vickers in his 1770 manuscript collection.
