EMIGRANT'S FAREWELL [2] (Beannacht an Imircigh). AKA "Emigrant's Blessing (The)." Irish, Hornpipe. B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. From the playing of Donegal fiddler Danny O'Donnell, who named the tune. He said it was could be found in Western Scotland and Northern England, and was known by the Dohertys and the Byrnes in County Donegal. Danny O'Donnell - "Ón tSean-Am Anall."
