FAIR FANNY. English, Country Dance Tune (cut time). D Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The melody is unique to London publishers Charles and Samuel Thompson's 1757 country dance collection. Another tune by the same name appears in Walsh's New Country Dancing Master (1728).
