FAIRY JIG [1], THE (Port an Puca). AKA - "Pooca (The)," "Púca (An)." Irish, Double Jig (6/8 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The melody is contained in the music manuscript collections of several 19th century music collectors, including George Petrie, John Edward Pigot, and Henry Hudson. George Petrie noted it was "A Connemara tune."
