FARM HORNPIPE, THE (Crannciuil an Feilm). Irish, Hornpipe. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. James O'Neill's researcher and biographer, Caoimhin Mac Aoidh, is of the opinion this tune was one of a few that James O'Neill himself composed. Curiously, it was not included in Francis O'Neill's followup volume, Dance Music of Ireland (1907).
