FIDDLER'S CHOICE [2]. English, Country Dance Tune (6/8 time). B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'. Large intervals in the melody require skillful string crossing to play this tune. It was originally published in Walsh's Compleat Country Dancing-Master, Volume the Fifth (London, 1754, p. 16), and does not appear to have gained much popularity.
