GRASSY TURF, THE (An Feurtan). Irish, Air or Planxty (2/4 time). A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The composition is creited to Turlough O'Carolan (1670-1738) by O'Neill, however, it does not appear under this title in Donal O'Sullivan's massive 1958 compendium of Carolan pieces.
