GREEN BANKS OF THE MAIGUE, THE. Irish, Slow Air (4/4 time). C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. An Mháigh, (meaning "river of the plain") rises in the Milford area of North County Cork, Ireland. Its waters join other streams to eventually flow into the Shannon estuary in County Limerick.
