GREENWOOD LASSES. Irish, Reel (cut time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The first strain of "Greenwood Lasses" is cognate with the first strains of Rev. Luke Donnellan's "Hand Me Down the Tacklings (2)" and Philip Carolan's "Rise the Wind," however, the second strains are different.
