HANDY ANDY'S HIGHLAND FLING. AKA and see "Duncan Davidson," "Ye'll Aye Be Welcome Back Again," "Maggy's Weame is Fu I Trow," "1812 March (The)." Scottish, Fling. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The "Handy Andy" title is an American re-naming of a famous Scots melody. It may or may not have some association Irish songwriter, novelist, composer and painter Samuel Lover's [1] (1797-1868) novel Handy Andy.
