THE HAZEL WAND. Irish, Hornpipe. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCC. Composed by fiddler and piano player Josephine Keegan (b. 1935), of Mullaghbawn, south County Armagh. The title is from W.B. Yeats' (1895-1939) poem "The Song of the Wandering Angus."
