HONOUR, RICHES, MARRIAGE BLESSING. Irish, March (cut time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Composed by Thomas Cooke (1782-1848), an Irish composer for the theater. Many other composers have set Shakespeare's The Tempest to music, including this lyric which appears in Act IV, scene 1. Notably, English composer Henry Purcell (1659-95) produced a "semi-opera" setting (a form of musical theatre with spoken and sung dialogue) of the play, but music was also composed for it by Thomas Arne, Goerge Frederic Handel, Johann Pachelbel, and Georg Philipp Telemann, among others.

Honour, riches, marriage-blessing,
Long continuance, and increasing,
Hourly joys be still upon you!
Juno sings her blessings on you.
