HUMOURS OF DUBLIN [1]. Irish, English; Jig (6/8 time). England, Northumberland. F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The melody can be found in Walsh's Caledonian Country Dances, and also is contained in his Fourth Book of the Compleat Country Dancing Master (London, 1747). William Vickers' manuscript entry is an identical version. Confusingly, Walsh also published employing this title (see "Humors of Dublin (3)").
