JANET TYED THE BONNET TIGHT. AKA - "Jenny/Jeanie Tied the Bonnet Tight." Scottish, Reel (whole time). A Mixoldyian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Nigel Gatherer finds the tune in Brendan Breatnach's Ceol Rince na hÉireann, and in Ireland it goes by the titles "Upstairs in a Tent (2)", "Jenny Tie Your Bonnet" and "In and Out the Harbor (1)."
