JOSEPH AND MARGARET CHAISSON. Canadian, Waltz. Canada, Prince Edward Island. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'. Composed by Bear River, Kings County, PEI, fiddler Peter Chaisson, Jr. (1942-2015) in honor of his parents. Peter Chaisson was the long-time organizer of the Rollo Bay Fiddle Festival, which ran for 39 years until his death of a heart attack at age 72, while listening to his son perform at the festival.
