LASS OF DUNDEE, THE. AKA - "Lasses of Dundee." Irish, English, Scottish; Reel (whole or cut time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune also appears as an untitled reel in vol. 4 (p. 23) of County Cork Church of Ireland cleric and uilleann piper James Goodman's mid-19th century music manuscripts. It was entered as "Lasses of Dundee" in the c. 1863-73 music manuscript collection of County Mayo fiddler and farmer Philip Carolan (c. 1839-1910).
