LEVENEEP HEAD. Shetland, Reel. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. A modern composition (1960's) by Frank Jamieson (1920-1980), named for a good fishing place where he used to fish as a young man. Jamieson was born at Sandyburn in Vidlin, Shetland, and was a founding member of the Shetland Fiddlers' Society.
