LITTLE ARK. AKA and see "Highland a' Choille," "Loudon's Bonnie Woods." Irish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The tune is popular as a schottische in Scotland, notes Nigel Gatherer, under the title " Louden's Bonnie Woods." In County Donegal the tune is played set as a Highland called "Highland a' Choille." The first two bars are nearly identical (although transposed) to A. Clarkson's (Fife) "Mr. G. Patterson's Reel," although the remainder of the tune differs.
